Dr. Andras Lakatos is Replicam’s Chief Scientific Officer and an Associate Professor of Neurology and Neurobiology at the University of Cambridge. A pioneer in central nervous system organoid models, he has been recognized with major honors, including the MRC Clinician Scientist Fellowship (2017), the Alzheimer’s Research UK David Hague Young Investigator of the Year Award (2022), and the MRC Senior Clinical Fellowship (2023).

Dr. Shery Huang is Replicam’s Chief Technology Officer and a Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Cambridge. A recognized leader in biofabrication and biomanufacturing, she was awarded the 2024 BioMedEng Innovation Prize. Dr. Huang also serves on funding panels, contributes to journal editorial boards, and consults widely across the biotech industry.

Dr. Yaqi Sheng is Replicam’s Chief Operating Officer. She holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and specializes in 3D bioprinting, organ-on-chip systems, and automated, sustainable biofabrication. Her expertise drives the development of Replicam’s core OPTIMA technology.

Dr. Krisztian Flautner is the Chief Executive Officer of Replicam and a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan. He previously served as CEO of Banzai Cloud (acquired by Cisco) and held senior leadership roles as General Manager of IoT and Vice President of Research and Development at ARM. Dr. Flautner’s achievements include the 2017 ISCA Influential Paper Award for power-efficient computing research and the 2021 MICRO Test of Time Award.
